Return and Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy is customer-friendly and simple.

  • We have a 10-day Exchange/Return Policy
  • 100% refunds in the case of returns*
  • The Return/ Exchange window period starts from the day you receive your package
  • The apparel must be in a resalable condition
  • All the tags must be intact
  • Your apparel must not be washed or damaged
  • Keep your order number handy while availing the Return Policy

Returns

  • Please give a brief reason why you want to return a product
  • Kindly note that once a product has been exchanged, it can’t be returned again

To initiate a return:

  • As soon as we receive your request, we shall contact you.
  • We fulfill our orders with the help of our courier partners. In case we are unable to find the right
    partner, we request you to self-ship the product to our location. We shall reimburse your shipping cost up to Rs. 120
  • Please email us your courier receipt number if you are self-shipping your product.
  • Kindly cooperate with the courier staff while returning your product.

*The courier service will check the product before initiating its return. The verification process includes checking the product for any damage, presence of ovifame tags, etc.

Exchanges

You can exchange your product for one of these reasons:

  • You want a different items
  • Only new and unused products can be exchanged. Washed and damaged products cannot be exchanged.
  • To initiate an exchange, kindly click this link or send us an email at support@ovifame.com. Upon receiving your request, one of our team members will contact you.
  • In case we are unable to locate the right courier partner for initiating your product exchange, kindly ship the product to our office. We shall reimburse your product shipment cost subject to a maximum
    of Rs. 120.
  • If you are shipping the product, please email us your courier receipt number.
  • Kindly cooperate with the courier company while it is checking your product. It will check whether your product is damaged/ washed, etc. and also whether all the ovifame tags are intact.
  • Your exchange process will start once we receive your package. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

*We process exchanges only if they satisfy our exchange policy

Refunds

  • All refund claims shall be inspected before approving or rejecting them.
  • If your refund claim has been rejected or accepted, we shall notify you through email.
  • On acceptance of your claim, a credit will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. This will take 1-2 business days.

*If you have utilized Bonus/Promo codes, we shall refund you the actual amount you have spent while buying the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you think your refund hasn’t arrived yet, please check payments from Big Phi Technologies. Your refund might get delayed by 4-7 days because of your bank’s refund policies.

Sale Items

Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
